This will only apply during grace period to allow factions to fully build up and claim their buffers. If you have nuisance claims around your base AFTER grace period has ended, it will be considered legal. Warning points will be given out as necessary to any faction purposely trying to harass other factions during grace period.

If you have nuisance claims from a faction that has not logged in for a significant amount of time (7 days) - then you can reach out to an admin+ to have them removed.

After grace period, it would be off to you to plan and claim your buffers before an enemy finds your new base. Unless that faction becomes inactive, we won't be unclaiming.

As you pointed out in the discord server this rule was CHANGED from how it used to work (where nuiscance claims were able to be removed at any point if it prevented someone reaching their full buffer) is baffling. You had a perfectly good rule but changed it for what reason?
What was the reasoning behind the change to the current rule?
